For any real estate investors

22 years old and currently focused on using my left over income to invest and pay off my debt. I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. Any sci-fi fans here? I recently read this book - blindsight. Absolutely delightful! It's one of those hard sci-fi novels and I'll be honest i didn't understand about 25% of all the concepts.. but even with that, it was soooo good!
