About to graduate this May (Bachelors Of Computer Science - Major Software Engineering). My problem is that im not sure if i should pursue a Masters in the same field or get a degree in cyber security. Reason is as i don’t want to be left jobless when CHAT GPT 7 comes out and want to have a back up degree in cybersecurity. What are you thoughts on this will appreciate any advice.

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client. I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

It's a small tech startup that has done really well. Most of my job is project management and operations.
