Hike letter batch started.
I have received an email after my interview with HCL from consultant stating I have selected for HCL technologies and asking for information like, when U was interviewed and whether I received any link for documents upload from HCL.
I replied to that email saying interview has been done and I am yet to receive any link from HCL for documents upload nor any call from HCL HR.
Can anybody suggest, whether the process wil take time or where should I contact for further process.HCL Technologies
Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?
How much do strategy directors make these days?

Funny, I’m thinking about doing the same thing. I’m actually in industry and am working at going back to consulting and I want to give brutal feedback, but I really think it only benefits my ego. They won’t do anything about my boss. So I think it’s more for you, than the business.
Keep quiet. There is no upside to you to do anything else.
The firm won’t reflect on the feedback. It will only be held against you.

Tell them.
Why?
It’s true that things (esp culture) change at a glacial pace. HOWEVER, it only happens when there’s a noticeable pattern - either in people’s opinion about the firm’s policy (eg ways of working/ flexibility / wlb etc.) or a specific individual’s actions (toxic behaviour, unethical conduct, repeated micro-aggression etc.). And guess what forms a pattern - people speaking up. Repeatedly. And in your case you’ll be doing so with minimum downsides.
How? (& this is important)
Keep it professional. Be a consultant. Prepare your points and give specific examples. Keep it crisp without beating around the bush or overly elaborating. Don’t expect the HR to agree/ empathise with you. They might even challenge - if it’s a constructive challenge (ie with a genuine intent of understanding your POV - explain further. Also, you will know if their follow ups are genuine or plain defensive. If latter, don’t linger and move the conversation along to the next point). Keep emotions in check. Smile but deliver the tough messages. Also don’t forget to thank the firm for the positive experiences. There always are. If you can’t see them, it only means your emotions are clouding you view. Pause. Give a balanced view without being unnecessarily diplomatic.

🙏
There have been countless of posts identical to yours for many years. Many have voiced their criticisms but do you think anything has changed? The reality is that nobody cares about your feedback. Move on.

Unless there were ethical issues. Don't bother.
It's all about the money. So if your manager/project brings in the money and is liked by clients, your feedback won't go a long way. It will only matter if the factors affecting you also affect the firm's bottom line in the long run.

Ok so what’s the downside? I don’t think the firm will not rehire you for negative feedback, it’s not like they’ll sue you. At the very worst, you feel your voice is heard
Depends on what role you are going into and how small the industry is. Is there a chance you will run into this manager or other senior managers or partners at your new company or if you apply to another job? If the industry is small, it’s better to just stay quiet. I gave some not-so-positive feedback but I knew I was pivoting to a completely different industry where I would never run into the same people.

Risks? Man, please. TELL THEM. This stuff continues because too many of us are conditioned to bite our tongues.
Speak up!
I didn’t even have an exit interview lol
Yeah I’ve been thinking about the same thing but I get the impression that the company really deeply does not care.
