The new company I’m at now sent me an email from an email address that was HR@companyName.careers saying I was accepted for the position. They gave me paperwork to fill out and sign to accept the position
I fill out the paperwork and send it back to them and it goes through… then a few days later I go back to the email to say something else and I get this…?
Then today I got a check from the company In the mail to setup my home office, and it’s signed by someone I’ve never met before or heard of…?

If the small one fits now and you anticipate having even less space in the future, no clue what the justification for a bigger desk would be

Moved to a smaller apartment a couple months ago, upsized desk to a 60x30 (Fully Jarvis) - haven't regretted it for a second

No monitors, but I generally have up to 4 laptops open at a time
Had a desk before - not sure of exact measurements, just some IKEA table. Might have been 48x30 at the most
I think it’s all about what you need equipment wise. I’ve got personal and business laptops (3 that I use kvm switch), plus gaming desktop (on a separate standing desk). 32in gaming monitor, plus 3 screen work set up including coding monitor. I need the space. But I also spend all my time either working or gaming. So that’s my priority. If you need all that or a lot of space, get it. I wouldn’t get the larger desk in NY unless it’s a necessity.
I got one from Wayfair that actually rests in a table for this reason. Super easy to use and I can move it around as needed.
Get the suction cup one for the window from shark tank. It’s awesome!
