What would be my in hand after tax deductions?

I recently interviewed with MITRE for a systems engineering role to make the move from Leidos where I feel underpaid for the work I do and for my experience ($85K). I have 4 YOE, a STEM degree, and soon will have a Masters Degree. I’m looking to make around $120K in the new role at Mitre. Does anyone have any insight into comp there? This would be in the DC metro area. Does $120K seem reasonable or am I dreaming?

Pay scales at ACN are wacky. I was at 200 as a L7 in CDO
Good luck! Last year they were low balling like crazy. Also be sure to look at Microsoft and AWS. Both are always hiring FS poly talent.
Appear to still be low balling unless a strategic hire
Maybe lowballing for the market- but AFS traditionally likes homegrown. Which means all the other SMs on the program are likely in the 170k-230k base range.
Think of a sports team where the highest paid player is the new person coming in- needs to have sales upside/MD potential or a very specialized skill set they are buying…especially when another SM is often times giving final say on the offer.
Only talking from my AFS SM experience - which isn’t one size fits all.
AFS treats their homegrown folks well compensation-wise? This is a foreign concept for me!🤣
