Accenture fish - at the consultant level, what does the "skills interview" look like?

Hi All,
I had my 1st round of interview with Executive Director and 2 leads for Technical role. I have 2 queries-
1. How many rounds should i expect in total considering I clear everything? (I think my first round itself has technical + manger/director)
2. How long (time) will it take to get an offer?

Dilema between joining hsbc, societe generale and BNP Paribas, salary almost se in all of them, work domain is different, hsbc is offering manager role in compliance analytics it's in their GSC division, i don't know what this complaince analytics is and what's it's future, BNP Paribas and societe are offering BA roles in capital markets that's what I have worked till now , I am 7 years exp, fishes please help with this great dilema

Recently I applied for the SOC role in IBM. Cleared all the rounds. The HR was offering me 5.7 lpa. I asked for more. HR said she would check and get back. Hasn't replied to my calls since the last 4 days. Should I expect a call?

I have an informational interview with a Managing Director on Friday about a manager role. I currently serve in a client services role and do not have traditional consulting experience (billable hours, etc.). Additionally, while I’ve worked with McKinsey, Accenture, McKesson, and other teams on major projects, I don’t have experience putting together the strategy, more of a support function. Feeling a tad intimidated! Any tips would be so very appreciated!

Is it recommended to get two full years of consulting experience before looking for a move elsewhere...for more comp (say to another Big 4, industry, attempt at MBB or FAANG)? Already have 8 yoe in the DoD space outside of consulting. And about 16 months of consulting exp
