Interview process has many background processes internally. After finalization of any candidate, the compensation manager/business finance comes into approval process. They can take time depending on the asked CTC if it fits in their structure. For exceptional jokes, they may further need multiple approvals and thi s can take time. So understand this. Again that also depends on the urgency ane criticality of the sector/project as well. While some may get offer letter within hours, some may take days and few can take months as well. Follow up with HR or recruiting manager is the best you can do at the moment ane keep looking for other options as well. Usually if it's taking too much time and unanswered calls/emails, that means it's struck in some process or they find other candidate. So take wise judgment and move on. Don't just wait for this offer. Good luck!

My hiring process was for 2 days
Friday : Technical Interview
Monday Afternoon : HR discussion and document submission
Monday Evening : Got the offer letter
Here is my story. They rescheduled my interview 5 times without even informing. Since I was on notice period I was able to attend interviews. I have provided all the documents they asked but didn’t hear from them. It’s been 6 months. Meanwhile I joined Genpact 😀
I was already working for Accenture for 4+ years but while working, i was getting calls to attend the interviews for Accenture. Their recruitment team is from a parallel universe.
For me they have cancelled interviews 15 times.My last day is gone i have joined another organisation still i get mails from their automated tool to pick a date to schedule interview 😂
This happened the same with me. I recieved a call from Accenture recruiter over 20 times, everytime a new recruiter calling with the same requirement. They would setup an interview and ask me to stay free and did not even have the courtesy to inform about the cancellation of the interview. When i called the HR back they told that the position has been put on hold. I just wanted to applaud the fact that they do not care about the interviewees time at all. And if the same interviewee did not inform before being absent from a scheduled interview they would just tag it for the rest of their lives.
Pathetic HR group in Accenture.
I got call from them after 2 weeks of doc submission for managerial round. By that time i already joined a new company 😂

also they have a upper limit for salary for roles...they won't match your offer anyway.. so it's better to stay away from them

I face the exact same situation, in my case i was done with my interview , hr & technical, then they said to roll out offer you have to passed the assessment, initially they have assigned wronged which i cleared then they informed due to some technical error they have assigned wrong assessment test to you so you have to do the assessment again, again i have completed my assessment test and passed then they said they recruiter will connect to you but from 17 days no one connect to me when i ask about my concern offer Lett to hr from past 17 days after so many calls n mails she said your detail is not uploaded on portal interview assessment nothing is updated this is task of recruitment team i can't do anything in this the recruiter will connect to you though I've shared multiple mails to recruiter still not response what shall i do, kindly suggest i feel very unsettling with all this.
I am waiting for hr interview since 3 months they said right now no current openings for that roles but u have cleared the round so we have put your application on hold

I have worked with Amazon for 8.5 years as SME and later due to health issue had to resign. After almost 2 years of break I now want to take up a role as a project manager. I have no tech background. I gave some interviews for the role but because I'm non tech got rejected even though they knew 1st hand about the same. Per my research a PM does not have to have tech knowledge because it's more about the skills u possess, your experience and learning calibre matters. Now I feel like I'm at a dead end. What are the steps I should take to kickstart as a PM?

Accenture ka toh pata nhi...Wipro for sure. Jaldi kr krke NP negotiate krne bola..ek round bhi le liya...and now I am waiting for 2 months for client round 😂
For wipro after interview no update. Then when my notice prd is left around 15days they called for HR

Agree, they have worst hiring process. They never keep record of interviews they asked me for 4-5 rounds and finally said we do not have that much salary budget.
I asked for 14 LPA Where my PKG was 8.5 LPA and they were ready to give 9.5 with variable..
I dont know whats wrong with Accenture!
These ppl have put my candidature on hold and I haven’t even attended any interviews with them!
