Interview process has many background processes internally. After finalization of any candidate, the compensation manager/business finance comes into approval process. They can take time depending on the asked CTC if it fits in their structure. For exceptional jokes, they may further need multiple approvals and thi s can take time. So understand this. Again that also depends on the urgency ane criticality of the sector/project as well. While some may get offer letter within hours, some may take days and few can take months as well. Follow up with HR or recruiting manager is the best you can do at the moment ane keep looking for other options as well. Usually if it's taking too much time and unanswered calls/emails, that means it's struck in some process or they find other candidate. So take wise judgment and move on. Don't just wait for this offer. Good luck!

You should look at candidate login portal. In my case same scenario is there but when I logged in to check. They've mentioned there we have no active position matching expected compensation.
I had a similar experience with TCS. I can understand how frustrating this is.
Due to audit fail I had given interview' twice and after 9 days I came to know my candidature is on hold as they have no requirements.
It's same happened with me, man.
I had a similar experience with Wipro where I sent all documents to HR and the whole recruitment group kept saying we're still awaiting documents to release offer, denying to specify what it missed. I followed up for sometime but eventually understood 😅 . They probably did an inside job!
Here's one even more shocking one from Infy..
After applying I received SMS and email saying thanks for appearing in the interview 🙏 but u were not selected or similar lines..
The interesting part is an interview was never scheduled!! 😀
Feel sorry for you, I have been ghosted by nearly half a dozen companies, twice by HCL itself

It's not just Accenture, it's many other companies too. HRs now a days ghost candidates rather than conveying the message. Happened the same with me, only it was HP.
I also attended interview one time, technical done and gr also on same day. After that day told will have one more call with project manager next day and I didn't get any call after that. One week later they sent email telling have not selected.
Some crazy thing happened with me i got call from their hr after 23-25days , they said you're selected for analyst role but currently vacancy are already filled can we proceed your candidature for associate role, i was psyched out totally, she was literally influencing me to go for this entry level after having 5yoe, then sr. Hr called me said you weren't selected for analyst saying different levels n all , you were selected interviewed for associate she is deliberately keep pushing for lower level, i said i have mails regarding this, everything i have in written why would i go for associate role n less package it's not rationale, then she say if you're not agreeing we are cancelling your candidature, i said okk cause sure. There hr panel are not even aware for which profile they are hiring candidate n keep pushing people for lower levels for their own interest.
Note- later in evening i got call from the person who initially called said no your candidature is on hold assuring you're selected for analyst role only.
This is the case with with not only Accenture. Many companies have started this culture of ghosting candidates now. They will send you "congratulations on getting selected" mail and then collect your documents but will not come back with an offer or any kind of further intimation.

Same has happened with me in Accenture and to be frank, Wipro is not any better in their hiring process.
In Wipro I gave 3 rounds, cleared, salary negotiations done, documents upload done. And, then HRs didin't pick up my calls. But, about 2 weeks later after many follow-ups, HR mentioned the exception approval was rejected.
Such a Waste & Shame on these HRs and the processes. I seriously won't be guilty a bit if I had offers from these companies and on the very last day, I just say them to F&@? Off on their face.

Every time I switch job I get call from Accenture, I give interview, clear all rounds but offer never released
The same is scenario with Wipro. The HR does not pick up calls or responds to msgs. I reached out to the hiring manager and it was only after he forced the HR was I able to have a fruitful discussion with her.

Same happened with me in Infosys. 3.5 weeks gone after submitting documents.
My process was good, but the HR sucks. In most companies i see HRs suck. They treat you like subhumans and coerce with malpractices.
I literally had the HR tell me if i don't accept within 3 hours the offer doesn't stand. Feels more like kidnapping than a job offer.
Whereas leadership and all who interview are quite nice people
