Accepted a job offer for a 16% ish raise (83,000>99,000) better hours more consistent bonus target. I am leaving consulting and going to investment ops. Only 1 yoe in consulting post undergrad but some posts I’m seeing are saying that you should only leave for a 20-25% raise lol. I would assume I am overthinking cause I’m very excited about the job

Right so here’s a bit of a dilemma I work to a much higher standard at home and it’s this high standard that means I’m in line for a promotion. I’ve grown so much and I feel really strong in my role I’m also busier than ever. The problem is we’re going back into the office and I don’t want to go in if it’s just going to be senior management in asking me to get them lunches for client meetings or fetch a glass of water and cutlery for meeting rooms. Definitely not ready to go back to that….

I've got a job offer in australia for 120$ Aud. Pay is good but they reached out to me via LinkedIn now all interviews done. If i accept the offer they will start my visa process.
