Just leave now. There is only one way this thread ends.
Houston consultant -tech - 81K. Lol I'm getting shafted. 3.5 years in.
NYC, strategy analyst, $75. Graduated from college last year so pretty happy. Though managementconsulted says that the new strategy analysts are starting at $85...
wtf senior analyst 100k I am at the wrong company
Dallas consultant - tech - 75k 😐
Can confirm new Strat analysts getting $85
Mgr $107k where did I go wrong
Will do that. Thank you
I'll play along. San Francisco, senior analyst, 100k + OT, Accenture interactive.
NYC, Manager, $145k
Chi, Manager, $162k
NYC, Associate Manager- $115k
I don't think we should look at this - it just creates frustration no matter what the level or office location
Seattle - MC Analyst (16mo @ ACN) - $78k + OT
@A10, recommend talking to your CC or an account sponsor (MD / SMD) - see if they'd be willing to support a biz case for comp adjustment.
Is the discussion better left till year end PA review or start it now?
Either is ok, but more natural at YE. Would frame up the convo now with your CC as a YE goal. ex. "I'm currently earning X and would like to be around Z, what do I need to do to put myself in a position to achieve that through the new PA process?"...at YE when HR gives you the shaft, go to your CC and say "I'm really disappointed in the result, what can I do to improve comp in the short term?"
