Please help me regarding how much ctc I can expect/ask from Infy?

How much does an LPN make at NVNA in Norwell
I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

Gave interview in TCS, it went pretty well. At the end, the tech interviewer asked my expected ctc. After mentioning as 27lpa, he asked if can be negotiated, told yes.
After that didn't get any feedback, its been around 5days.
Is 27lpa too much fr tcs? 🤔

100k is average for C. You will get more if you left the company but will have to prove your self all over again to get promoted to manager (at least 3 years). If you keep the 15% with ACN and continue to excel then you can promoted to manager in 2 years which would put your salary way above.
Think about long term loss before thinking about short term profit.
Get a competing offer and keep it in your back pocket as leverage.
SA to Consultant, security consulting
Hmm, I transferred to NYC and I hear analysts are coming in at 80 so that's what makes it frustrating
Yes, make sure you're on the same page with merit and competency, and tell him your target is 25% base increase in salary. If their on your side, set this expectation NOW because it ain't changing once decisions are communicated
I don't know if Accenture works that way, that you can negotiate raises....but if anyone has done it before, educate me!!
Do what KPMG said. They have the power to renegotiate if you're threatening to leave.
Yeah, except there's a delicate balance between burning bridges and getting what you want. I wish Accenture has what some of the big4s have - the option to put down what % raise you are looking for
Haha well I make 87, 15% would put me at 100k. But I know if I tested the market I could easily get 115 on the low end
No I'm also an SA getting promoted to C this coming December. 81k at my SA salary
Damn what big4 does that??
OP - ACN is moving to a standardized base pay model across each growth platform. Which group are you and which level would you be promoted to? (e.g., MC promote to C1)
15% or 25%, is it the cohort? Or totally based on negotiation?
Unless you're in Strategy or digital you're above market. ACN pay philosophy is at the 60-70th %
A4, how do you know OP is above market? Never mentioned actual numbers. Could be at 70k for all we know.
You're not under market. . SA to C this December and I make 81k, which is under market. You're about average.
81k at Consultant?
100k at C is above average
If you transferred offices, then your salary will get adjusted over time (during year end reviews) to reflect the COL adjustment. So you should expect a bigger raise than someone living in Houston, for example.
110k is pretty much the top of the band for a consultant in groups where we skip level 8 assoc manager (effectively extending out the Consultant level band). As an entry level consultant 100k is damn good
