Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I have 6 years of experience and have done both plaintiff and defense work. I’m now at a plaintiff firm with a mixture of litigation/pre-litigation cases (about 80 in total) and with my comp structure I’m at $200k without bringing in any of my own cases. Not all of my cases are high value either. You just need to bet on yourself and make it so your comp structure is more commission-based as opposed to a higher base, and you don’t need to work at a mill like M&M to make good money.
Sounds like you have an amazing gig. R u in florida? Im in ny, nj and fl and right now in fl, i dont think i ever go to court...all remote.
Im interested in knowing more about that AI setup 😬
350 cases though, holy shit. Lol the minimum wage support staff sounds exactly like my last gig, only 120+ cases not 350 sounds traumatizing, lol
I own a small PI firm in AL. I have one associate who makes north of $300K/year (will likely make $350K ish this year). We have about 350-400 cases in house, many of them lower value. You don’t have to work for the M&Ms of the world to do very well. Find the right small firm with a good culture and support staff (I have 5 support staffers).
What is the compensation structure for your associates?
You can do defense work and find someone you trust to refer any cases you do get to them.

Okay I did insurance defense. My old firm and all my friends ID firms you weren’t making 200k unless you were high up there in the partner ladder

You’re clearly a joke. Continue to be a failure.
What’s your split on cases you bring into your current firm? Are you getting a base salary, plus commission?
To add, the firm just doesnt have enough of its own work for me to make 200k. The only places i see that being possible is a M&M with 70+ decent cases, or a reputable botique.
