After a few years in top consulting, I realized I was building my career around someone else’s definition of success. I felt deeply misaligned.

This resonates deeply. So many of us hit that point where external success doesn’t feel like internal fulfillment. I love that you turned that discomfort into something so intentional. Curious, what helped you start clarifying what alignment actually looked like for you? I will look into this website, might help me too.
It honestly started out of frustration. I was chasing a promotion that kept getting delayed, and one day it hit me: I wanted more than just a title, I wanted to have "bigger problems" (that's exactly how I framed it in my mind). That kicked off a whole period of reflection. I always wanted to be an entrepreneur but never knew where to start. I then did few experiments/pivot and slowly transitioned.
Yes, Path can definitely help. It’s using the same framework I used to do a few career pivots (eng-> consulting -> product -> founder). We just released our beta, you should join the waitlist
This actually sounds really neat. I am definitely one of those people that am questioning things right now. Thank you for sharing this, I am going to check this out.
