All, what is the annual rate for Senior Product owner in finance domain in Indian market today

Does anyone know about Shell's compensation? Does they provide a competetive pay as per market standards?

P.S - Shell is my client organisation and they want to absorb me directly.

My colleague is going on maternity leave for 4 months and I was asked to cover some of her projects which are step up in responsibility than what I’m currently operating at. Some peers have suggested I ask for a raise to accommodate this but I’m not sure I agree as I’m only covering her while she’s out? What are others thoughts about this?

I have worked in municipal government for almost 17 years. I love what I do as an Inspector, but the environment is toxic, and administration horrible. I have an opportunity to go into the private sector side, as well a second interview for another municipality doing same job. Private sector job will pay 35,000 more but will be 3 hrs away my husband is in law enforcement and can’t leave due to his position. A client developer group just told me they reached terms to “buy equity in a lease.” From what they’ve told me, if we were setting this up fresh, I’d do a new LLC and easily handle capital contributions, buy-sell, etc. in the new LLC agreement. However, here the partner had a long-term lease on the underlying RE that our group wants to develop as a concept. Lease assignment to new LLC is dicey, but I’m thinking maybe we set up a Mgmt services company to contract w/ the partner-tenant entity?

PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
