Get your hormones checked and stay hydrated.
I feel like if there is some issue around this partner knowing this information, this is not a good partner to be having sex with. 🚩
It’s not about them. It makes me feel bad/inadequate about myself.
I had this issue until I switched to a non hormonal form of birth control.
You can get a nice lube brand Equate at Walmart. Check it yourself for fragrance and flavor........should be neutral. Works well and inexpensive. Need only about a 1/2 CC or less and can be diluted with water. Washes clean. Used it for years.
First, we don't keep this condition a secret. It's just part of who we are. However, to address this problem, we incorporate oral sex as foreplay. Usually it is just to get both of us revved up, sometimes it becomes "Round 1" and we take a little rest and get ready for "Round 2." After the OS chapter of the story, we break out what we call "the peppermint" which heightens sensitivity in the clitoral area and is also a "personal lubricant." It is not edible, so don't get these instructions backwards. If you want to keep your dryness a secret, try the above scenario anyway. Your partner does not need to know the real reason you are applying the "special lotion" to your "special place."
Have you talked to your doctor about why this could be? I think getting to the root cause would be my first concern to see if there is something you can do to change it. I am sorry you are going through this though, I have been there and I know it is not fun.
