Yeah that is on the high end, even for a Senior Manager level within Accenture. At that level you would not be focused solely on delivery but would also have sales functions as well for winning future work.
Functional Lead roles are usually L7s (Manager) in my MU. There are a handful of L6s that are functional leads, more more often than not L6s (Sr. Manager) are delivery leads. $240k TC would be outlier high for an L7. Doable for an L6 is a major city though like NY or SF.

I am not from accenture but that sounds really high. It might have a sales metric bonus included?

Did they say what level you would be coming in? Consultant, Manager, senior Manager… etc
240K is way too high of a salary for an associate manager.
Or I quit.

Sounds like a high number to apply. That is definitely senior manager range on the right side of the scale. If you have 10 or more relevant YOE it may be close, but I’d be skeptical.
240k for. AM in northeast location is actually a very good TC

For L6 level (SM), $240k is doable in Salesforce practice. The referral bonus is $10k this level.

Deloitte reached out to me as well, but I didn’t ask about comp. It would be cool to work for them, but I’m not built for the consultant life.
That’s a bs number for an L8 assoc mgr. Functional L8 / Assoc mgr can’t justify the bill rate that would associated with a salary that high.
Accenture doesn’t offer stock options…
