Any Aon pension actuaries who could help my friend understand the hierarchy of titles? Let’s say my friend has 10 years of experience, FSA and EA credentials, was a consistently high performer over his career, what would his expected title be at Aon within the core retirement actuarial business? Canada graduates a ton of actuarial students and they usually have multiple exams and internships by the time they graduate (students graduating with ASA wasn’t uncommon). That being said, it’s not all exam based and if you have good experience it could work out, but hardly saw people move north and was more common to see people jump to the US
