Note that, the longer you stay in call center work, the more you limit yourself to call center jobs. Often times, call centers operate in very specific manners and it entrains a skillset into the agents that is great for call centers, but could be problematic in other places. Even for call center managers and leadership.
I would recommend looking into certification(s) and start to expand from call centers. Something like a technical bootcamp or scrum master for project management.
Never thought about it that way, I like customer support jobs, specially now that I just answer chats, but do not want to get hard stuck in CS jobs

Get yourself a new job, and don't be afraid to try for something you think is just a little above your skill level. Your life and mental health should always come first. You've paid your dues, and this job market is the perfect opportunity to try something new.
No job is worth losing yourself over. Don't push yourself to the point where you can't work. There are so many jobs right now, find one that won't eat at your soul. I hope you find something amazing, that you truly enjoy!
Quit my call center 4 months ago and started liking my life again almost immediately. You can find something that will pay you similarly that will make you happier.
