Have you tried asking for a significant raise? Sometimes communicating with them your compensation needs will improve your situation drastically. If not, then it might be time to leave that company.

How come you don't want to leave the company? If you're not being valued or paid appropriately, then what's keeping you there?
I really enjoy the team I work with and have an invaluable learning experience where I am. Scared I won’t have that elsewhere
I'm terrified of change. So it's hard for me to leave a company, even when I'm not making enough money. That being said, with the economy how it is, you have to go where you're valued. If they aren't paying you as much as your worth, they'll let you go with almost no warning.
