Any advice on switching over to brand strategy from account management? I’ve been at my company for about 1.5 years and have expressed my interest but so far no actions have been taken / no opportunities have presented themselves. Should I be looking into getting a MBA to make the switch? If so, any program recos?

Looking for some advice on a career change. I work in a technical role and have well-developed soft skills. I want to transition to UX (w/ focus on accessibility). There are a lot of UX educational programs out there, some very new, e.g. Dribbble, and costs are all over the place - General Assembly is $15k (and full-time), CareerFoundry almost $8k, and then many others at a fraction of the price. Reviews also vary wildly. Are these more expensive programs worth the huge increase in cost?
