TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

No problem! Cincinnati is an interesting city. I am actually getting ready to move to Columbus, so I will not be sticking around. I was born and raised in Cincy so I am little tired of it. One thing I will say is that it is a "towny city" meaning that most people that live here were born here. I feel like everyone still runs with the same crew they ran with in high school and the first thing people will ask you is where you went to high school. In my opinion, people can be rather cliquish.
I just to "promoted" to Senior 2 and am at $65.1. Cincy is probably lower COL than Philly though. If you want a decent 1 bedroom, you are looking at probs $1200 a month assuming you want to live in a fun area. I don't think you would take a paycut, but would probably get a pretty pedestrian raise to keep you in line with other seniors. This is assuming you are a "new senior"
^^Hey that's helpful! Appreciate the response
Just wondering if I will be getting a raise if I jump to industry when I move or if I will stay about the same (or make less) since moving from higher COL to lower COL
I was in Cinncinatti last year and was pleasantly surprised with the city, I really liked it
I'm from Philly. Travel to Cincinnati for work sometimes. I thought it was a nice city. Still too far from the beach for my tastes, but nice nonetheless.
