MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? When you budget for your engagements, what percentage of staff time is your budgeted manager time? I have always heard manager time should be about 50% of staff time but now leadership is pushing back. I have found the 50% to reflect reality.
