So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit). So recently my SO has been accusing me of being in control of when we are intimate (sex and cuddling). She says that every time she wants to I say no - and whenever I want to - she says yes. So it's by default doing whatever I want when I want. It's a gross exaggeration of what's happening - but does anyone ever deal with something like this? How do you say no to something like that - without your partner thinking you're just looking out for yourself or you're controlling?

I literally cannot stomach to be around my in laws any longer. My wife and I are in neither political camp and we pretty much have the perspective that no matter what the outcome is every 2 and 4 years isn’t going really affect our lives all that great. We just have the attitude that “things happen, but why let that affect our daily happiness?” My in laws are retired, bored, and do nothing but share Fox News videos on Bookface and have just become so angry.
