Any facilities in barclays for disability ( hearing problem) candidates ?

Looking for recommendations for a VSO/service to help me improve my disability rating. I’m about ten years out and realizing that what I was rated getting out (90%) was probably low and has worsened.

Random Thought: I love my therapist and I just realized the things I talk to her about I wish I could talk to my parents about. Spent the pandemic working on myself, got sober, focused on working out, left the music industry and started a career where I can make money and have a steady work schedule. I’m working on remedying this with my doctors, but how does one approach mental health issues with their employer? I never felt the need to until I realized how much being bipolar can affect my ability to work.
