After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Project Manager just told me that I could take Fridays off as long as the client does not ask. The reason given is it's a local project and you've been here for a year.
