How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

I interviewed with them out of college, and have some acquaintances that work there. Apparently pay is better than typical B4, but got the impression it’s a somewhat toxic work environment from acquaintances.... and during interview, was told many times that job revolves primarily around determining how many people to fire.
I actually really liked the interviewer and the people I know that came from there were very nice and down to earth.
OP - which part of the A&M business? I don’t recall a cyber specific practice... unless it’s with a different business unit and they are looking for cyber folks.
I’ve worked here for over 4 years now. Very happy with the decision. Great exit opps (MBB, FAANG, PE) have reached out to me but I’m so happy with where I am that I stay.
I haven’t seen the “toxic work culture” someone mentioned but admit that there is little room for those who aren’t additive on engagements (unlike when I worked at a Big 4). I view that as a positive since the team isn’t constantly pulling along dead weight.
Totally agree, feel after my first year this is a great firm for opportunity
I’ve worked in PEPI for a couple of years. I really enjoy the work, I haven’t experienced any of the toxic work environment some people have mentioned, and the pay is 👌🏼👌🏼
Pay is pretty outstanding here. I’m an analyst out of college making over 100K. Happy to answer questions about culture
Finance clients rave about A&M, which says a bit about the type of work/reputation/exit opps.
Friend of mine used to work there. I believe they are actually really well known especially in distressed turnaround + hire ex-IB. Seemed to have Higher bonus % vs. traditional mgt consulting.
i heard of them, they are legit
They are turnaround experts, so business is booming.
I work for CPI. Let me know if you have any specific questions.
It’s the only consulting company I would leave my corporate position for. Had a buddy that worked the restructuring group and loved it. They worked really hard but were rewarded very well.
Anyone there willing to chat with me about a M&A role that I'm eyeing? Hey, you might score a referral bonus :)
Happy to chat but I have a strict policy against referring people I don’t know
