Hi guys, I am on bench for last 5 months joined as a fresher.If i switch now and give my experience letter to new employer and in interview i tell them about the project which I did on my own and don't inform them about my bench time. Will this impact my future ? Accenture Capgemini

I heard that if we are on the bench for more than 2 months and if the resources management team share our profile with HR, then HR asks to share the screen and put in the registration? Is that true?

I'm feeling incredibly anxious and honestly depressed right now because of work. I had already been feeling demotivated and wanting to leave but I was told on Monday that I was being out on probation for one year (I am not going into detail on this). And now my manager is pressing me about finding a new project role as I have been on the bench for more than a month, and one possible one may require travel. I also have PGDM in finance, and my skills include SQL, python, PowerBI, tableau, familiar with Knime, Alteryx and also PySpark. About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet.
