Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

Adderall and salads
4. Stop drinking calories. That's massive. I only drink alcohol on the weekends. Water, coffee, tea during the weeks
1. Nuts, vegetables
2. Meal prep on Sundays with different chicken dishes with veggies and rice. Chili is good too
3. For two hours after work when I'm not in busy season
Me too ^
Just don't eat bad carbs like sugar (unless it's alcohol lol)
@ EY1 👌
Drinking calories is the easiest thing to cut out.
Count calories, portion control, fruits, veggies, and nuts, work out 2 mornings during the weekday, then Saturdays and Sundays. Always pack lunch. You save money and have more control over what you eat
I realize it's busy season but sleeping is the #1 important thing along with your diet. Shoot for a gallon of water a day, it'll help you lose weight. As others said, focus on unsaturated fat sources like nuts, avocados and olive oil. Carb sources should be rice, oats, quinoa and fibrous sources from vegetables. The better quality of calories you eat the better you will feel and you'll have more energy/desire to workout.
@EY1 sounds like keto
+ small portions and stop eating 3 hours before bed never eat till you're full only satisfied
Not Keto at all, I eat plenty of carbs
It's calories in calories out. That is the foundation. Everything else are tips/tricks to get you there. I personally do IF, lift heavy 4x a week and sleep well. Consistency is key
I eat salads that I make at home and instead of using dressing I use a lemon squeeze. Tastes clean and is so much better for you.
Lost 20lbs in about 2 months on keto with very little exercise. It also helped my skin look better. Slacked off majorly around Christmas but back on. Just need to get back to prepping...
