What’s the job title and is it NA? Didn’t know McKinsey had a SAP practice, and I work here :) this role must be within McKinsey digital I suppose
The role is Functional Senior Analyst it’s within the McKinsey Technology technology practice. Not sure if that is under digital.
Late update, but the recruiter called me after a couple weeks from my initial screening and let me know their business needs changed. For immediate hiring they now decided to focus on candidates with a background in supply chain only. She said next year as the group grows she anticipates hiring of other backgrounds to pick back up.
Do they deploy or it's only on vision etc?
I’m pretty sure the recruiter said they work on deployment with a partner company that does development work.
Compensation isnt that great for technology implimentation roles while the work hours and expectations are crazy, in line with how MCK consultants work..
Would you say long hours in McKinsey Technology are closer to a range of 50-60 hours or 60-80 hours? The pay is competitive for me but I’m wondering if it’s worth the time and hassle. It would also be a location change for me to either Chicago, Boston or NYC, granted there is a relocation bonus. I’m currently doing SAP Consulting based in Atlanta.
