What’s the wait time on a Sub? Have been waiting for 6 months on my AD, but still nothing.

Yesterday only during their press meet they told that they have honored all the offer letters last quarter...and today itself you can see so many delaying and postponing of joining cases in this group only....there must be something very wrong or messed up.

My company is actually pretty damn great to work for. So many love it, but our pay is low compared to the rest of the financial sector, and so when people with great experience come knocking, HR denies them because the ask is outside the price range. So mangy managers are pushing back but damn. Why shoot yourself in the foot like that?

We got her anti depression meds and those seemed to help but how a lot now a lot of signs are pointing to a potential brain tumor. To get an MRI is +1k. I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

Does anyone think these types of firms are sustainable or will big 4 find a way around the independence restrictions and take this work back?

Is there guidance/codification for departures from GAAP? Drafting a memo on some departures from GAAP (deminimus AP accruals, depreciation, etc.). I wanted some sort of authoritative literature to ref. Are noting the departed standards enough?
