1. Deloitte - 12.5 LPA Fixed + 1.25L Variable along with 2L joining bonus and 2L retention bonus.

2. PWC - 13 LPA Fixed + 2L joining bonus and permanent WFH.

Yoe is 2.8 and tech stack is DotNet Dev.

Which one would be better to join, considering the CTC, benefits and WLB?

Which Big4 is better in terms of benefits ?
Considering the mobility, leaves, insurance and WLB. Who has the longest paternity leave ?

Have any of you witnessed colleagues hopping over to health tech? Which positions should I be searching for?

Where do you go to keep up to date on new Healthcare benefit products, regulations, etc? Is there an industry/regulatory resource?

I'm 22 and planning to take a life insurance. I'm comparing all policies and max life seems attractive as it has good claim settlement ratio and less premiums. But there is no office near our area. My worry is that if there is a need to claim in future, it can be done all online by my nominee? Is it recommended to take policy online in any platform(like policybazaar)?
Other options I'm considering are SBI life, HDFC life which offices are available in my locality.

How enforceable is a non-compete moving from industry health IT company to big 4?

Salary range for someone doing payroll, AR, and benefits administration with 12 years experience.

Graduating with a bachelor's in IT come May, have tons of management experience in the Healthcare setting and technical knowledge of various systems such as product development cycle, analyzing data and ITIL v4.

Help me save the day: have a massive excel file (600k rows) with duplicate records (column a, b and c are duplicate, not a duplicate if a and b are the same though). How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?

During my tenure at TCS, I hadn't linked Aadhaar with UAN because the aadhaar mandate was happening around the time of my resignation.. After resigning from TCS, I took a 3 year break from my job for personal reasons.
In the meantime, EPFO had migrated most of the processes from offline to online.
Then i joined EY where I was told that it was my responsibility to link aadhaar with UAN.
Further, I can't see any entry from EY in my PF passbook. I can see the TCS entry but can't mark my exit.

I found out last night that a senior copywriter at my agency who does little follow-up and passes off work to others (read: me) to handle when there are questions from team members…was recently promoted to copy supervisor.
