Any PMs working on an ML/AI product? I'm very into user research and continuous discovery, and all the hype around ML/AI seems pretty foreign to me.

I'm someone who really enjoys learning new things, but with ML/AI I don't really know where to start looking into ways to start educating myself on this new tech. Does anyone have any advice?

Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. I was hoping one of these next certs will help me finally break into a security role and love the idea of pentesting but not sure if the CySA+ is more beneficial.

Which one should I go for?

1. Oracle - 18.3 LPA fixed + probable bonus (I may or may not get)
2. Amadeus - 18 fixed + 1.5 variable.

Amadeus is also giving joining bonus of 75k. Amadeus is paying more, may give better hikes too, but I am finding it hard to let go off Oracle's brand name on my resume even if it's means around 2L less over an year. I am planning to work for atleast 3 years in my next company.
