Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?

Answer has to be a definite yes. You are aiming under what you can exit to, if you go as a senior BA.
Never mind. I misunderstood that you are looking for a senior BA position. More than the position, what would matter is the work you want/can do. Position won’t matter as long as you upgrade what work you do, and money you make.
Yeah you need to be able to point to concrete examples of you managing. JEMing and EMing would both count. I’m also a Senior BA looking at senior associate and manager level roles.
