Sometimes deadlines are arbitrarily set by a project manager. See if one of the deadlines can be moved. So you can focus one getting one done at a time. Talk to your manager first thing in the morning. If they’re not willing to get you some help with the work, then there’s no reason for you to help them meet their deadlines. You are not a cog in a machine, you are a person who is working hard and doing a good job. If they don’t see that, then they never will and it’s time to go. Cut the strings and let someone else meet the deadlines.
And remember... this is advertising. We’re not saving lives here. Except your own.
Your health (mentally and physically) is more important than ANY job.
And if you just want to get through this. Just tell yourself, “it’s not forever, it’s just right now.”
A good night’s sleep can also help.
WE ARE ROOTING FOR YOU.
You can do this.
You will survive.
It won’t feel like it. But you will.
I once had a CD that said to me ‘you can only do what you can do’. Really changed how I look at things.
If anyone is expecting beyond that then you need to speak to your Project Manager or line manager.
Never say that you’re stressed, exhausted or tired; only that you are concerned that the quality of the work will be compromised due to you being MASSIVELY over capacity.
No one wants bad work. Frame that as you’re priority.

When I have to grind I remind myself it’s largely work I know how to do, even if it’s overwhelming in its volume. In the words of Anne Lamott — “bird by bird”
When you’re through this sprint, have a frank discussion with your manager about how you will be taking 3+ days off and why
So sorry you’re going through this. We’re rooting for you on the grind today
You’ve been working 80 hour weeks for 7 months? Have you talked to your boss about how they’re planning to correct this?
Also, plenty of shops are hiring right now. So if the answer to my first question is “they aren’t,” you fix it by leaving.
Yeah definitely look for other jobs
Places are hiring! My advice is to apply to some places, get a couple of interviews under your belt (if for no other reason than to show yourself you will be ok and that other places don't operate like that), and then talk to your current agency about how they plan to fix this situation they put you in. If the answer is that they wont do anything, you can then very easily jump ship.
Start saying no to projects when u r already busy. Tell ur manager u need more time and help because u r swamped. The only way out if this is if u speak up. Otherwise they'll continue to push u around.
Put your foot down and say no to some deadlines. They will find time or help. Gogogo!
A quick fix for burnout is an oxymoron. But book a trip now and ask for the PTO to accommodate it. That should help.
