I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

RSUs are more flexible than a salary bump.
SF normally pays about 10% higher than a lot of companies. Look at the entire package.. benefits RSU(if applicable) etc… what position did you interview for? Where is your locale? They normally do a good job with pay in my opinion, I’m not saying don’t negotiate but keep in mind that it was likely over 1k people who applied for your role and we just went through layoffs. Best of luck to you.
Great points. ESPP, free health, $100 month for activities, all the little things adds up
Always negotiate. Every single job offer you should ask for more. 100% they can pay you more.
