Any TMJ doctor recommendations? My jaw is popping like crazy and I need some help.

I am so depressed working in banking. I have only been at it for a couple months, but I feel intellectually stifled, sleep deprived, I haven’t been able to workout at all, and like I’m losing friends.

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?

Starting second trimester, has anyone had really bad upper back pain like inbtwn shoulder blades? If so, pregnancy pillow help? Also starting to get pain lower abdomen/stomach. Think it’s everything stretching inside, but didn’t know if something could help!

Should I rejoin Equinox? Background: I cancelled my equinox membership because I wanted to try out different gyms. After about a month and a half, I’ve determined I really miss Equinox. It’s kind of expensive ($250 per month, but only an extra $130 over an average local gym). I like saving money but my health has definitely taken a dive because working out is not as enjoyable. Still WFH and now beginning to get worried at how late I’m getting out of bed these last few weeks and feeling completely unmotivated to do anything.

Friendly reminder that depression is a protected disability. File paperwork with your company and they legally cannot destroy your health by overworking you.
