Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

Does Nagarro provide any hike at time of promotion?

Shall we start curating a list of comp/bonus?
Saw the main bowl which has this list but few data points for Europe & UK.
Would be good to know what the pay is currently due to the hot market & new joiners with great comp?

Advice for studying for CISA? I’ve purchased the CRM, QAE, and Hemang Doshi’s book. So far I’m having trouble reading through the CRM because it’s so detailed that everything seems important and difficult to retain. 1) What is the French consulting scene like? Accenture, KPMG, PWC and Deloitte all recruit directly from my school, as well as a few boutique french firms.
2) Are MBA Summer consulting internships a good idea, or should I do a school consulting project and apply as a FT hire?
3) Generally what do "Consulting Clubs" consist of?
4) Any other firms have a large presence in France?

Is there really that big of difference in recruiting between USC and UCLA MBA? I checked MBB target schools and only one recruits at USC whereas all 3 recruit from UCLA. I would have thought it would have been about the same. Thoughts from MBB/B4/Tier 2 consulting?
