How much time Mindtree take to release offer letter? I am waiting from last 2 weeks or more. On their candidate portal it is showing Shortlisted, however no offer letter . I have called the HR 2-3 times in past 5 days, however HR doesnt pick up my calls.
Below is the email i received from Mindtree, a week ago.
We would like to inform you that you have been selected in final interview with Mindtree. We are currently in process of taking your candidature for further processing.

Contrary to the other comments before mine, I actually agree with the article. Many of the people I see with the #OpenToWork banner post things that kind of have a desperate vibe to it, which to me, takes away their leverage in a potential interview and subsequent negotiation.
Where’s the data. One person’s opinion doesn’t matter
People still use monster.com?
I think this would probably vary vastly by industry, company, and individual recruiter or hiring manager.
They quoted a former Amazon recruiter. If you’re looking for a job at a top company like Amazon, I could see sharing you’ve been laid off hurting your chances. But if your goal is just to get a job (which is a very reasonable goal when you’re laid off and have bills due or if you just prioritize work differently in your life and don’t see it as your identity), I could see open to work getting you more potential opportunities. But what do I know 🤷♂️
I get this but I hate it.
Amazon doesn’t want to hire you because you’ve been laid off and have leveraged LinkedIn to find a new job. However, they’re ok with someone who is in role, looking to come to them? What says they won’t be doing the exact same thing once at Amazon?
Comes off as some very backward thinking where a recruiter is proud of themselves for being clever and thinking outside the box. It’s anything but imo.

They’re just reporting this now? It’s been a known thing for well over a year (at least in advertising)

Any recruiters here? What do you all think?
I disagree, once I changed my status to open to work I was getting a lot of non third party recruiter messages.
When I recruit for my startup i see it as a good sign as it means person can immediately start
This feels so odd. Seems like a terrible scenario for people who are open to new work.
Really? We believe everything cnbc puts out now? Most of it is garbage.

I have been told that by a coaching company that I am working with. There might be some truth to it.
After I added the #OTN banner, I received an increase in messages from recruiters. Before the banner, I received one message a week. After the banner, I receive two messages a week, not including the recruiters who skip LinkedIn and email or text me directly. I would like to see the data supporting the recruiter's conclusion.
