Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Hi, I belong to the corporate bowl but I have snuck in to ask if anyone would be interested in assisting the Ukranian Crisis Legal Aid organisation that has been set up by a Hungarian law firm to pair up refugees and lawyers. The website is https://ukrainelegalaid.org and it was set up by KNP LAW Nagy Koppany Lencs & Partners (who I am not affiliated with). This is all pro bono. Feel free to PM me, especially if you are English qualified!

It's a way for PwC to make cuts without laying people off. I agree it's ridiculous though. They also pretty much took away all the WeCare money. So much for taking my team out to lunch once in a while.
Except the bonus anoint will be reduced ..to equal last year, my annual bonus percent would have to go from 10% to 16% to equal my bonus and contribution award in the PY. There is no way bonus percents for seniors go up that much so it's bs and a way to reduce bonuses.
It's ridiculous...and in PwC news they were like..you guys asked for this, we heard you! It's like idk anyone who wanted this! Just another tactic to try to keep people from leaving since September is so late in the year and a way to screw seniors out of money
Bitching ? Wait until your entire team leaves in September .
At least we're not enrolled in the Jelly of the Month club. (Name the reference, and you're my people...)
Pwc 7 must be a partner. Or someone who's had a lot of koolaid!
For someone who got placed on a shitty engagement one month before this announcement, with the only light at the end of the shitty client tunnel being my utilization would be blessed up for that bonus, it really sucks.
What's worse is that in recent PwC News, Tim said distributable income was above Q1 budget. Distribute that into my bank account, bruh.
This is going to fuck the firm over. Wait for the mass exodus of people in October/November since they'll wait around for bonuses to get paid out before dipping.
Also I'd be surprised if the annual bonuses actually increase for the contribution awards.
Not to mention all the money they'll save with all the people who will leave before the payout 👍🏼
Associates got bonuses. As a first and second year we got contribution awards in December and again in the spring. Now I'm waiting until September 2017 to potentially get this bonus. Time value of money is the first chapter in finance 101.
Associates did not complain about not getting a bonus ! They sent out some survey and/or about would you enjoy a annualized bonus ( did not mention taking away contribution awards) of course we said yes. It was not a transparent question.
To you it might be, but to a lower level associate it is everything.
I hate it too 😒
You guys can always make a move before busy season. I work for a consulting firm that's currently hiring like crazy. 20% more pay + no busy season.
im furious
Maria's note said the senior annual bonus ranges will be increased to account for the contribution awards going away - the annual bonus ranges for FY17 haven't been released.
I can tell you first hand that the allocation of the contribution awards was pretty subjective and basically left up to the managers - if the managers you worked with did not get involved, you got hosed. By linking the bonus to annual performance, I think it will be much more fair to the high performers/contributors. Tax has had not contribution bonuses for awhile and people generally seem ok with it.
I get the timing of the announcement is not ideal, but at least they're not taking away or reducing the bonus amount - just pushing back the payout date.
Christmas Vacation!
Best movie ever.
There's no way to make everyone happy. Associates complained about not getting a bonus even though they get the contribution awards. So now they're finally getting a "bonus".
