Anyone at BCG Gamma know how hard it is to get an interview there? I plan on applying once I hit 3 YOE so one year from now.

I am expecting an offer from Deloitte for a consulting position in their Cybersecurity & Privacy practice. Am I valid in asking for a Sr Consultant position? (My interviewers have asked a lot of questions focusing on my leadership experience.) What kind of compensation comes along with the role in this practice based on my experience? *5YOE in tech sector + 3.5YOE in consulting (1.5 in data privacy, 2 in mgmt)

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. Is just a hiring manager int. so obvi nothing guaranteed. Salary if offered will be more than 150k. My question is should I accept the interview and see where it goes? Is it really worth it to proceed with a company like Amazon for 25k+. I live in CA so $ is imp but I do have a toddler so WLB is also imp. Both role are Sr. MGR.

What are expected utilisation rates for entry level consultants? Been here 9 months and only done billable work for about 3 months of that. Bored out of my mind for the majority of my time here.
