My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off. Should she get certifications to give her a shot at adtech?Too late?

I work 2 part-time jobs. I just requested a pay raise at my ABA job which they approved on by 10%. My other job is in Mental Health has a flat rate with no chance to request a raise, turns out I'm not required to work the full 20hrs/Week meaning that when there's no work to complete I won't be getting paid. I studied finance in undergrad and had a couple of internal audit internships. I only started a few month ago but I never saw myself doing IT Audit and I don’t like it thus far! Would I need to get a CPA in order to move into audit or something more finance/accounting oriented like FDD, Valuation, etc.? (Still need to get to 150, thinking of doing an online MAcc)
