Anyone doing contract work related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration/development in Canada?

I am wondering what is a decent rate in the case of a contract that is equivalent to a full-time job. A recruiter contacted me and gave me a range of 60-65 CAD per hour (which apparently is equivalent to 130k CAD per year). That is not much, right?

I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. I’m in a little of a pickle but a good one. Offer A. Established “start up” doing well financially and projected to hit profitability. 130k base. Stocks offered, unlimited PTO, and 70% Medical covered. Offer B. Is at a business much larger…90k salary with 10% bonus and generous stock offering. Anyone here ever struggled working at a private practice during your first year as a licensed counselor?
