I am a software specialist having 8+ yoe, currently working at Mastek with a CTC of 17lpa. Can anyone help me with the current market CTC considering the below:
Current Role: Tech Lead
Tech Stack: Full Stack in Java, Springboot, Angular, Mobility, AWS beginner.

I have been working in healthcare clinics and health techs for a few years now. I’m an independent consultant. Bust, a friend of mine referred me to a big bank job. The role is of data governance manager. What should I know for the interview, or how can I prepare for it? Any thoughts? They told me I don’t need financial background.
