Curious to hear others’ stories about the positive changes they experienced (mentally and physically) after they quit drinking....I am thinking about quitting again - mainly to improve my mental and physical state.

I work in a state where abortion was previously banned and is now still pretty heavily restricted. Lately I've heard a lot of really negative and hurtful comments about patients who are picking up contraceptives, and about people who are pro-choice. I don't usually bring my political views to work, and now I feel like I honestly can't say anything without making work really uncomfortable for myself (I'm pro-choice). What should I do?

The stress of this job ruined my life.
The stress has lead to an eating disorder that I can’t get control of. I’ve lost 25 pounds since starting at the firm two and a half years ago. I am 20 pounds less than I was in high school... I don’t know how to get control again. Even when the stress lays off I can’t eat more due to being used to being busy for almost 9 months out of the year...
