Hi there. Ex Deloitte Sr Mgr here, currently in tech pre sales (SaaS / MarTech). Recently spoke to both Salesforce and Adobe recruiters for roles that I thought were lateral moves (Sr SA / Sr SC), therefore I did not proceed with the selection process. The recruiters from both companies told me they typically hire at that level, and people are considered for promotion to Principal in 1 to 2 years. I found that odd. Is that right? What’s the typical TC for SAs and SCs there? (15+ yrs exp).

So pay is slightly less compared to the US. I had a friend who worked in the Cayman Island who made about 15% less for the same position. Advantage of the Cayman Islands is there are no taxes so after taxes he made way more $$$ than me. Cost of living is high and but I probably spent more in San Francisco than my friend.
“BBC” had me thinking of other stuff for a second🙄
No answer to this, but Caymans is legit 👌

Pay will go down considering low or no taxes. Cost of living is definitely very high in cayman. Most clients would be from financial services and insurance industry.

Less pay, less taxes, very high cost of living
