I am defending an eviction for a client who has given possession of the property (as of Nov. 30). Plaintiff’s complaint has one claim – possession. They did request relief for attorney’s fees. NJT/Final Hearing commenced 10/27, was only 30 min and was therefore continued to 12/20. Plaintiff had counsel at that time but they are no longer represented.  I want to file something notifying Court that Plaintiff claim is now moot, making sure that judgment is not entered that hurts (cont'd)..

I’m so depressed, have been for years, and don’t see it getting better. I’ve tried everything from therapy, exercise, psychiatry, journaling, self help books, healthy diet, etc. what else is there?

Can anyone from McKinsey or with previous experience at Mckinsey give any explanation as to why there are so many scandals compared to BCG? My friend has offers at both firms and is concerned about culture with taking McKinsey, in large part due to consistent scandals.
