Came in best priced for me too and have had them for about 5 years. Have had two claims. First was a liability claim on auto about 5 years ago where I was at fault for a couple thousand in damage. Had about a 15 minute call with adjuster after other driver submitted a claim and the claim was taken care of without much more ---- which means they didn't lowball the driver so much they got me sued. Second claim was an uninsured motorist claim about 3 years ago where my car was a total loss. Their original offer was about 5 to 10 percent too low in my opinion but this was also during COVID when used car prices were sky rocketing. I hired an independent adjuster on contingent and they backed down and gave me a fair value. Overall I would rank them as "average" on claim processing.
I am an attorney and some of my PI friends tell me that All-State and State Farm are among the worst for screwing over policy holders. Amica and Chubb are among the best, but are known to have a bit higher premiums
Working with multiple insurance carriers, chubb or USAA by far the best but they have a higher premiums and usaa only for military members, you get what you pay for, AAA is average.
