I'm trying to put an animation that is within a mockup on my portfolio site. Animation was created in Adobe XD then placed within a phone mockup in photoshop by using video timeline. Exported as "Render Video" and works perfectly fine when playing. My portfolio is on Squarespace, which doesn't support direct upload of mp4, I attempted to embed the javascript code, which doesn't look great. When adding an mp4 to a site what is the best way that you all have found?

Partner and I disagree about usage of case law. Throughout my career, I’ve cited a case that has good/applicable law but may not have the ultimate factual finding that supports my position. In that case, I distinguish it. Partner got heated about using case law in this manner. Has anyone else used case law this way? Especially if there isn’t a case with the perfect factual outcome to fit your scenario?

Question on changing roles: a friend of mine did not pass the final round at BCG for an associate position, due to not having as much relevant experience as the other candidates. Got a BS in Advertising in 2018 and have good knowledge of Adobe (photoshop, indesign, illustrator). Agency experience for 6 months doing PR, 1 year at marketing agency (google ads, SEO, analytics) and haven’t been able to work for a year due to visa processing so I’ve been doing freelance work: websites, social media… I believe I want to do strategy at an agency but also like consulting firms. My take: everybody's buying creative agencies to get the creative people, then they will slowly kill their will to live with red tape, cost cutting, stagnation, they decide creativity sucks.
