Anyone have tips on getting excited about work when you are bored out of your mind? I need to pull it together. I took on a new job that pays more than my last job which is great. However, it less challenging so I’m bored. I’m starting some outside of work activities to mentally stimulate me but I still need to work on being somewhat present for work.

I've got an offer from Oracle Financial Services Software (OFSS). They are offering 20 LPA fixed.
Currently CTC = 14 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Should I make the move or wait for a year to bag a better offer (maybe 25+)?
The HR said I'm getting 20 cause of less YOE

Hi i’m a first year college student, right out of high school, I live on my own off campus and I currently work at a fast food place because it works so well with my schedule, (i mostly work nights after class and weekends) i am majoring in pre-med and have no clue what job i should be doing now? I don’t get paid well and need to find a better place to work but I don’t know what i should be doing? Should i become a cna or a phlebotomist so i at least have a skill for the next four years? help 😭

I had call with the HR for he position based out of Mumbai everything in interview and they are ready to share the offer. however, I quoted for 10 lakhs and they said for fixed pay of 8.75.
Although, i checked on Google as well average pay they are giving is 9.7 lakh
So should I accept the offer as per their negotiation or shall positively tell them why 10 lakh is justified?
