Anyone here from EisnerAmper or someone who knows about audit senior manager 1 salary in HCOL city? New York or Philadelphia.

I have 8+ Years of work experience in Sales and Customer Service in Telecom E-commerce and hospitality industry. My take home salary is 40k in hand (CTC 5.5). Is my salary is reasonable as per my experience? I have seen lots of people with 8 Years of experience in same field is getting much more salary. Sometimes I feel I am getting low package. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Has anyone left a big four firm within their first year? How did they handle paying back the bonus and cpa costs? Was it a lump sum or could you do payments?
